THE FULL STORY

Clive was an 18-year-old wrestling champion standing 6’2 with broad shoulders, powerful presence, and an easy confidence that made him stand out everywhere he went. He was openly gay and surrounded by a chaotic group of friends who all, in their own strange ways, were deeply connected to his life.

Peter was the 5’1 hardworking firecracker—intense, emotionally reserved, but extremely loyal. Russel was the music-driven dreamer who expressed everything through songs about the people around him. Chris was quiet and sensitive, often struggling with jealousy toward both Alex and Holden.

Alex was a competitive swimmer who thrived on attention and rivalry. Holden stayed calm and grounded, often acting as the quiet stabilizing force in the group.

Tucker spent most of his time gaming and joking online, but had surprising intelligence and awareness. Hamster Hemmit was the strange observer type—often seen watching from a distance without explanation. James was emotionally unstable and often bitter due to feeling ignored. Hans Vermhit, a German hat seller, acted as a recurring rival figure in Clive’s life.

Over time, the group dynamic became more complicated. Friendships blurred into rivalries, admiration turned into tension, and Clive found himself at the center of it all without fully understanding how it happened.

Wrestling practice, school life, and constant social pressure made things even more intense. Everyone wanted something different from Clive—attention, validation, friendship, or connection—and it all began to weigh on him.

One night after a long practice, the group gathered together in an atmosphere filled with music, conversation, and underlying tension. What started as a normal night slowly turned into something heavier as emotions surfaced.

Clive eventually stood up, overwhelmed by everything happening around him.

“I can’t keep doing this. I have to choose.”

The room went silent.

After a moment, Clive walked toward Peter and chose him in front of everyone.

Reactions spread through the group in different ways—shock, frustration, acceptance, and silence. Some moved on quickly, while others struggled with it, but the moment marked a permanent shift in the group dynamic.

In the days that followed, things slowly settled. The chaos didn’t disappear, but it changed shape.

Clive and Peter began building something steady together. Clive continued focusing on wrestling and personal growth, while Peter gradually became more open with his emotions. The rest of the group remained connected in their own complicated ways, still part of the same world even if things were no longer the same.
